The Big Push on MKK Work

My current IT contract is coming to an end on Wednesday 15th April. Then I’m going to have lots of time to work on MKK Lion.

Create out a corporate website providing a background to us and links to all the active business workstreams. I want a single website that is the umbrella to everything we are doing.
Complete the designs onto t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies and long-sleeve shirts
Research manufacturers and suppliers of white label cosmetics so we can design and test our cosmetics idea. Design it, test it, roll it out.
Find the most efficient way to push 10,000 products into TikTok and Instagram Shops. When I tried pushing to Amazon it continually rejected my products because it wants the unique SKU product code. When you give it one it rejects it. I’ll try Amazon again one more time but if it still fails I’m giving up on Amazon forever. I did previously post products on eBay but I’ll only do that again if they’re offering free postings, otherwise it will cost me £3,000 to upload everything.
Then finally…… when all the building and posting is done and everything is ready….. start sales and marketing. Produce a marketing plan, implement it, review its impact, streamline and adjust the marketing plan. Then repeat. Sales and marketing doesn’t come naturally to me so I’m actually interested in learning and experiencing new skills. The technical aspects is well inside my comfort zone. Sales and marketing is going to push me into new areas.

So much to do.

Oh and look for another job until the businesses allow me to step away from the 9-to-5.
